It is very flexible, but also has many glitches. While creating a ticket, you cannot add videos, and the GIFs are flattened to a single picture. Please enable at least animated GIFs.

This app is just as useless as the admin of real almalfi. The location is awesome.. but the staff is incompetent, rude, lies, doesn't have a clue and a ruins the experience of living there with their rules and regulations.

Terribly designed app. Filled with bugs. Simply does not work. One wonders why anyone uses this app unless forced to.
